Arrived after a long drive and we’re made to feel welcome, Adi on front desk very helpful and accommodating, we had a king cabin suite which was superb, clean and everything you needed, with veranda and a couple of rocking chairs, done horse riding this morning, Jon and Clint brilliant too, also had great meal in the steak house restaurant with staff really helpful and polite . Thanks to chandler and the other staff there. They have a nice pool although rather cold but refreshing with great views.

We booked our 2 night stay through Groupon to stay at the cabins. When we got there we realized the pool near the cabins was closed and we would have had to drive to get to the main resort and swim. We asked if they could move us to the main resort and 15 minutes later we were all set up! The resort was adorable! It reminded me of one of those 60s motels. We had a one bedroom suite which had 2 queen beds, and then a sofa bed in the living room. The full kitchen was completely stocked with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, mixing bowls, etc. Great coffee for the single cup coffee maker! There is even a pantry if you have a long stay. There are 6 of us and it didn’t feel crowded at all. There are many charcoal grills and picnic tables to use, which we did. There were 2 pools very close to our room, and they are heated. Not super warm but warm enough to swim when it was in the 60s. The laundry room was free to use and next to the pool. There’s also a playground and a sand volleyball court. We had so much fun we extended our stay for an extra night! We didn’t go tubing due to small kids, but you can hop right on the river that runs through the resort. Schlitterbahn wasn’t open yet either, but you can walk right into the park when it is. We had a great time exploring New Braunfels! Animal World Snake Farm and Zoo is awesome, and there are amazing restaurants on every corner. I highly recommend Herbert’s if you’re there with kids- they have a huge patio with a big playground. ( and fantastic drinks lol). We are already planning our next trip, and we are actually considering moving down there next year. It’s a wonderful little city.

If you like friendly staff and awesome customer service – stay here. Location is awesome – close to Legacy shops, on a golf course, close to the interstate, and close to the Star. I can’t stress how awesome ALL the staff members are. Teenage kids rented the Top Golf Simulator which was fun. The lobby bar had live music Friday and Saturday nights. We had a double Queen room and an executive suite. The suite was bug with two bathrooms and two TVs. Stay here – don’t think twice!
