Once we landed in Los cabos we were greeted by our shuttle they were awesome. Once we landed at Hyatt we were greeted with open arms. Bryan was fantistic and Axel was so nice and friendly. Bryan stopped us and told us all about the resort where everything is and what to expect. Our room was awesome, the bed was comfy but you could feel the indentations in them. We had a ocean view King with a pullout couch. The kids loved it. Ms Ivette at rhe buffet what a doll everytine she would see my little one she knew to get him fruitloops even when we went for dinner. They go out of their way here. From Marco our waiter at the cabana to Angel at the bar. We fell in love with the people and the food was good for our picky 5 yr olds. Every day was a different nightly activity. On arrival we were brought directly to the Preferred lounge for checkin. We had big group with many rooms. Raul was our point person and he helped make the entire process simple.

Royal Solaris in Los Cabos has all of that: the food was the freshest and most tasty I’ve ever had at a resort in Mexico, especially the seafood! The best part has to be the availability of entertainment and play areas (playgrounds and water slides) for kids. Also, great snacks available all day long for kids.

Had a lovely week-long stay at Villa del Arco with my wife and kids (7 and 9) in early July. We did the all-inclusive (definitely worth it) in a one bedroom suite, which was perfect for us. We had a garden view, but actually had a partial view of the ocean, so lucked out there! The room was very clean and comfortable, although some aspects (like TV’s, fridge and other appliances) could use updating…which I know they are in the process of doing and the upgrades look nice.

The available restaurants are all great. From upscale Neptunes, traditional El Patron, and laid back SA Grill (SA Grill might have actually been our favorite), as well as the options over at Palmar (easily walkable along the beach) offered plenty of variety and really nice quality – especially considering the all-inclusive aspect. We had our final dinner at Bella California at Palmar and it was a real treat with the amazing views from the patio.
