Beach lovers know that there are many types of beaches and it is unfair to treat all of them equally.

So, that is why we consider we should have the best beach Bulgaria for families, the best one for relaxation, the best one for watersports and so on.

Along the Bulgarian coastline, there are hundreds of beautiful sandy strips.

Some of them are very popular among tourists, while others are hidden and known only by a few locals.

I personally prefer to spend a day on a more wild and intimate beach, without many tourists around or loud music.

But when you have kids things might be a little bit different.

You might search for a more quiet sandy strip, not crowded but with facilities in the nearby area and to be close to your hotel.

So it will be easy for you to get to your hotel room if needed.

There are many resorts spread along the Bulgarian coast, most of them full of all types of accommodation: hotels, apartments and guesthouses.

Sveti Vlas the best beach Bulgaria has for families

Sunny Beach is a very famous resort among Europeans who choose to spend their summer holiday on the Bulgarian Riviera but as well as Golden Sands, these two sandy strips are very crowded and full of tourists.

A day at the beach might be very tiring especially if you are not used with noisy tourists, loud music and a lot of movement around you.

For these reasons, I exclude these two sandy strips from my list and I go for Sveti Vlas.

Sveti Vlas beach is located in the resort with the same name and is not as crowded as Sunny Beach or Golden Sands.

In the area there are plenty of hotels and apartments to choose from, so you don’t have to be worried.

Regarding the restaurants and bar, the situation is the same as for the hotels.

Close to the beach and spread on the entire resort, there are many restaurants offering very tasty food from the international and traditional cuisine as well as fish and other sea dishes.

The restaurants and bars have WIFI and the ones from the shore offer a great view of the sea.

What could be more relaxing than drinking a cocktail and watching the sunset from the comfy chair of a bar?!

 

Another important thing to mention about Sveti Vlas, the best beach Bulgaria is that the water and the shore are very clean and well maintained.

The beach is accessible by foot from the town so you can let your car at the hotel and walk to the beach.

Still, if you prefer to go to the beach by car, you have to know that the number of parking places is limited and you might be unable to find any parking place in the area and have to let your car in a parking place from the town and walk to the sea.

Sveti Vlas beach is not that popular among tourists but things might change in the next future.
