We travel with our dogs and finding hotels that accept pets is a challenge. Four Seasons not only accepts pets but welcomes them and for that we are very grateful. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a lovely suite overlooking the lake. In our room were bowls, beds and treats for the dogs. The places to walk them were well equipped with bags and grassy areas. We will definitely bring them again. The service at the hotel was what you expect for a Four Seasons—perfect. Our room was beautiful and we will definitely be back, hopefully very soon!

As others have mentioned there is a musty smell at the entrance which the hotel should correct. The hotel location is quite convenient – the staff very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Simply put, we love this hotel. Every staff member is happy and cares about your stay. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean, wish it was larger. For those traveling with family this hotel is centrally located to several family oriented places. The Perot Museum, 6th Floor JFK Museum, countless restaurants, and parks.
Fearings is the best! Breakfast, lunch, cocktails before dinner in the Rattlesnake Bar, and a great dinner. It’s amazing you can never leave the hotel if you desire and have great food and drinks. The pool was open and our children loved swimming, staff at the pool was kind and as expected food was delicious. In addition room service was timely and delicious!

We loved this resort! It had a rustic feel to it with big Oak trees all over the property. The pool, lazy river and waterslide was so much fun. It was a bit messy with the oak trees shedding and could have been a few degrees warmer and watch out for the Buck moth caterpillars, but overall lots of fun. The kids loved the flowrider. There were a ton of activities for the kids between the Smores, bikes, playground, soccer goals, etc. A highlight of our trip was Ranger Sean’s activities. The nature walk was both entertaining and educational. The kids also enjoyed his pool games each day.
Our room was nice. The beds were comfy. The bathroom could have used some upgrading and it was a little noisy, but overall a very comfortable place to stay.
The spa was awesome! My treatment was really nice and I could have spent several hours using the facilities. I would go back just for the strawberry mimosas
