Car rental

To be honest with you, I don’t recommend you to rent a car if you plan to visit Paris!

If your trip includes some days outside the capital of France or if you want to visit the country, then yes, the car is the right option for you.

Renting a car is not that expensive but the main downside of having a car in a big city like Paris is the limited number of parking lots and the restrictions imposed by local authorities!
