How’s the weather for Liberia Costa Rica and when to go

Weather for Liberia Costa Rica is characterized by a pretty stable temperature and good chances of precipitation for about half of the year.

In general, the weather for Costa Rica is quite hot, a climate-specific for an equatorial country with high temperatures on the lowlands and milder in the central valley and high lands.

The temperatures are quite constant all year round, the only difference between the months and seasons is the quantity of rain that drops.

Most of the country is covered with rainforests so don’t be surprised that it rains a lot during the whole year.

The Pacific Coast and the central valley have the dry season from December to April and the rainy season from May to November, with September and October being the wettest months.

On the other hand, the eastern lowlands and the coasts have a tropical climate with high humidity and a lot of rain all over the year.
