Clean and quiet with generously sized rooms. We booked the queen one bedroom suite which contained 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a couch with pullout bed in the living area. It had a small fridge and microwave. The living area and bedroom each had a TV which allowed you to use Netflix and YouTube directly on the TV which was a lifesaver when traveling with children. Plenty of space in the suite to move around. Would totally stay there again.

The hotel is located about 3.5 miles away from the city center and one mile from the University of North Texas so it is on the short list of the hotels near University of North Texas.

Each room has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and satellite channels, a seating area, a large bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer.

Finally, the property features an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor pool, a restaurant, and a fitness center.

I did not book this hotel; I was “sent” here because the Courtyard was oversold and they chose my reservation to cancel. (I’m Gold Elite with Marriott – I was surprised.) It turns out the rooms here are very good – larger than one might need for an overnight stay, but the space would be a godsend for anyone traveling with children. Dickey’s BBQ is 100 yards away and a couple of other restaurants. Breakfast (no extra charge) was surprisingly good. It will be my new default choice for future visits to Denton

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and spacious . My wife and I commented on such a good nights sleep. The mattress was perfect for both of us, which is very rare. The staff was Great. I would recommend this Best Western. There was a Cracker Barrel across the street and a Braum’s Ice Cream close by.

Stayed in this hotel while visiting family. I enjoyed my stay. The pool are was nice. My room was spacious and clean. I didn’t get to eat in the hotel, so I can’t rate that aspect. I was greeted by a salesperson. She was very friendly and showed me the room prior to reserving the room. This hotel is close to may restaurants and close to shopping. It’s a 30-45 minute drive (depending on the traffic/time of day) to Love Field airport. I will definitely stay here my next time visiting.
