Since we are Hilton Honors Diamond members, we were able to get a room upgrade and had a beautiful view of the beach without the heat and humidity. The room was clean and everything was in working order. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant each morning. After the first morning we had the same server the following day and he remembered we were Diamond members and our preferences for drinks—bottled water and orange juice, no coffee. Loved the location—can’t beat being right on the Seawall with easy access to the beach, Moody Gardens, or the Pleasure Pier. My husband went down to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi tub one evening and said it was great. Towels are available at the pool and there is a swim-up bar. Will definitely return for another staycation!

The lobby was tastefully decorated for the holidays. Our room was well-appointed, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. The king bed was great and so relaxing. All the staff, from arrival to departure were delightful. We had a bit of a challenge getting our internet to work, and the gracious front desk staff was texting me at 10:30pm helping me connect.
