Discovering Rotterdam: Exploring the Second Largest City in the Netherlands

Visit Rotterdam Netherlands the second largest city of Netherlands. We heard and read a lot about this beautiful city but each time when we planned a vacation we chose other locations to go.

One day, we found by mistake very cheap airline tickets to Amsterdam.

So, we decided to buy the tickets and to make a quick itinerary in Netherlands. It was a very inspired decision. The country is way more beautiful than we imagined and Rotterdam is a cool city.

We landed at Amsterdam airport and took a train from the airport to Rotterdam. It is a 45 minutes ride. The transportation system is very well developed and punctual. It is very easy and accessible to use it.

We decided to stay at Hilton Rotterdam , because it was conveniently located in the city centre and close to Rotterdam train station. The services, the rooms and the amenities were really great and the view from the room was fascinating.

The Rotterdam train station is very modern and beautiful! It is located in the heart of the city so you can take a walk to the city centre.
